Monkeys and Mario

Here's some of this weeks cakes. Unfortunately, I didn't get pics of 2 other cakes I did. 1 was a playstation 3 cake and 2 was a two tiered fondant cake with handcut damask pattern. I'm hoping to get pics from the customers soon. As for these, first is a birthday cake with a purple monkey theme. The party was at monkey joes so it went with the theme! 2nd is a small baby shower cake that matched the babies bedding. Last is a super mario bros. wedding shower cake. This one was hard but I think it came out great. I hand sculpted mario and peach. Another busy week ahead so be sure to check back!!

I've been slacking off!

I haven't taken pictures of all the cakes i've been doing because i'm a slacker!! haha I promise to get back into the swing of things though! Here's a couple from this weekend. First is a princess themed cake for little gracie. It's topped with a gumpaste crown. Next is a football cake for Taylor who was celebrating his 18th bday and celebrating his acceptance to an awesome college to play football. I have a lot of cakes coming up in the next two weeks so i'll update asap.
